Quotations: All quotations are valid for a period of 30 days from the date of issue.

Purchase Orders: We accept written orders through mail and courier.

Product Warranty: We provide ONE year warranty on all our products. We will repair / replace defective products free of charge within this one year period. Defect, if any, should be notified in a written correspondence, within 7 days from the receipt of materials. All defective items must be returned in their original shipping container. This warranty excludes lenses, glass parts and other optical parts.

Delivery: Delivery is made ex-stock. In the event that an item is out of stock, a tentative delivery date is intimated at the time of placing order. Most items can be shipped within 15 days.

Installation: On-site installation is provided subjected to buyer’s account.

Payment: 100% advance payment for dealers / individual buyers. For educational institutions, maximum 15 days credit is provided. All dues must be cleared within the stipulated time.

Taxes: Taxes levied is as per Government rules ruling at the time of supply.

Repairs: If your unit is out of warranty and requires repairs, we provide after sales service at a nominal cost.

Disputes: All disputes are subject to Kolkata jurisdiction only.
